Hi my name is Cara Smith a Licensed Massage Therapist #9228 at Trish Greer LMT Massage Group. I wanted to become a Massage Therapist after my mother worked on me when I had a terrible pain in my lower back well so I thought. Later I had a conversation with her to find out that my pain wasnt my lower back it was my Sciatic Nerve being pinched by all the muscles surrounding it caused from the way I crossed my legs, slept, or even carried myself. Wow I said and she began to tell me how Its All Connected. Which then inspired me to learn more so in the year 2011 I took a 700 hour course at Massage Institute of Memphis.
